Choosing the Right School for Your Child

Finding the right early-learning environment can feel overwhelming, especially with so many philosophies and programs to choose from in Southern Marin.

At Curious Minds Learning Center, we’re a close-knit community offering a clean, play-based, and intentionally designed environment led by knowledgeable, nurturing educators.

Our weekly outdoor learning days at the Richardson Bay Audubon Sanctuary make our program truly unique, providing children with meaningful opportunities to connect with nature through exploration and inquiry.

Small Group School Tours

Instead of large weekend open houses, we now offer small group weekday tours. We believe there’s no better way to experience CMLC than by seeing our classrooms in action.

During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Walk through our classrooms while children are actively engaged in their day.
  • Experience the warm, joyful energy of our school community.
  • Observe our teachers and children interacting naturally.
  • Learn about our Reggio Emilia-inspired philosophy and approach to early childhood education.
  • Ask questions in a relaxed, small-group setting.

These tours allow families to truly get a feel for the rhythms of our school and experience what makes Curious Minds such a special place to learn and grow.

Tour Information

  • Small group tours are offered on select weekday mornings.
  • Tours are approximately 45–60 minutes.
  • Registration is required, as space is limited.
  • Tours are for adults only, so everyone can fully engage in the experience.

We look forward to welcoming you and sharing what makes Curious Minds Learning Center such a special community for children and families.
